About the Role

Omni Ayurveda is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to drive franchise sales and business development for Omni Ayurveda Clinics.

The candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, connecting with prospective investors, explaining the franchise business model, conducting follow-ups, and converting qualified prospects into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Lead Generation
- Generate franchise enquiries through calls, digital leads, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential franchise investors.
- Maintain and regularly update the franchise lead database.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchise partners.

2. Franchise Sales
- Understand and explain the Omni Ayurveda franchise business model.
- Present franchise investment,



setup requirements, commercial terms, and potential business opportunities.
- Understand investor requirements and recommend the appropriate franchise model.
- Conduct online/offline meetings and presentations with prospective franchisees.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise bookings.

3. Follow-Up & Conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective franchise partners.
- Track every lead through the sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions, requirements, and follow-up dates.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.

4. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Coordinate with the operations, finance, marketing, and onboarding teams.
