About This Role:
Veranex has an exciting chance to join our team as a Associate Director / Controller, India.



You will be part of a team working to improve lives globally through medical technology innovation. The Rev Associate Director / Controller, India is a senior finance leadership role based in Bangalore, India, supporting a global organization with multiple legal entities, a US GAAP consolidated reporting structure, and a Bangalore-based Shared Service Center (SSC) supporting other countries in which the company operates. This individual will serve as the accounting and controllership lead for the India legal entity — which has both local operations and a shared-services mandate for other regions — while also functioning as an Assistant Controller to the Global Controller at Corporate HQ and as a finance partner to the Regional Controller in Europe.

What You Will Do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Revenue Recognition team, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Own end-to-end revenue recognition processes under ASC 606,
