Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in handling company accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)
