JD:

A Procurement Executive sourcing Office Related Purchase, IT hardware, facility management, DG Sets, Spare parts or as per business operations requirements.
- manage vendor SLAs, negotiate contracts,



and ensure strict compliance across the fast-paced supply chain.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent suppliers/vendors.
- Source products, materials, equipment, and services as per business requirements. • Obtain quotations and conduct comparative analysis to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with teams for invoice verification and vendor payments
