Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales targets and overall store performance.
- Manage daily store operations, inventory and merchandising.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage stock, product ordering and inventory controls.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare sales, stock and MIS reports.
- Lead, train and develop the store team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
Skills Required: Solid communication, sales orientation, customer handling, team management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
