Role Description
The Instructor for Interview Prep is a full time remote role focused on training candidates to perform confidently in interviews across Business Development, HR, Relationship Management, and Customer Operations roles.
The instructor will design and deliver structured interview preparation sessions, including mock interviews, role-play scenarios, and feedback-based coaching. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating curricula and learning materials, reviewing resumes and profiles, guiding candidates on communication and presentation skills, and providing individualized interview strategies. The instructor will also track learner progress, share performance insights, and collaborate with the placement team to align training content with current hiring trends and employer expectations. This role requires consistent online availability, professional conduct, and the ability to engage and motivate candidates from diverse backgrounds.
