Overview
- Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analytical, communication and software skills to support the design, implementation, and management of current business systems and processes used by a wide range of Ventra Stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows
- Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for reports and dashboards
- Work with vendor teams to assist in the design and build of rule-based workflows, automation, reporting packages, and dashboards
- Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams
- Liaise with the business to help understand and answer system related questions and troubleshoot issues
- Prioritize and manage a significant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged, routed and resolved in a timely manner




- Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels
- Adapt system configurations based on identified business needs
- Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production
- Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s or equivalent training
- At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working within a high performing reporting team
- One to two (1-2) years of computer support experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of Monday.com or equivalent system ticketing platform preferred.
