Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Techno Institute of Higher Studies, Lucknow

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the institute's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content to boost brand visibility, and student engagement, and promote academic and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, ensuring content is aligned with the needs of the student body and the institution's objectives.
- Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages promptly, maintaining a positive and active relationship with students, alumni, and potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the institute’s social media presence remains relevant and innovative.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and the marketing team to develop content for events, college programs, and campaigns.




- Help create and manage social media ad campaigns to support college events, admissions, and other key initiatives.
- Manage the content calendar for consistent posting and interaction.
- Organize online events, webinars, and live sessions to engage students and showcase the institute's programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and produce engaging visual content (images, videos, infographics).
