Role & responsibilities
1. Strategy
-Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for strategic positioning.
2. Customer Acquisition
- Implement customer acquisition strategies to drive traffic and leads to the deployed online platform(s).
- Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to maximize lead conversion.
- Provide hands-on leadership towards design & implementation of META, Google, LinkedIn & YouTube campaigns.
3. Data Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
4. Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases the Company's expertise.
- Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels.
5. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage the target audience leading to a steady growth in users/ followers & views.
- Leverage social platforms for customer interaction.
6. Portal Management
- Oversee the acquisition of high-quality leads through online portals, manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient transaction processes.
- Optimize portal lead acquisition and conversion, through data analysis and collaboration with Sales Function.
7. BTL Activities
- Plan, ensure execution and oversee BTL Marketing activities to drive offline engagement, brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Co-ordinate various promotional events like property expos, local community engagements and sponsorships that complement and are consistent with the Brand messaging and other online marketing initiatives.
8. Brand Building
- Build and maintain a robust online brand presence for the Company.
- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns through various digital channels.
