We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant who has hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end visa process for multiple countries. The candidate should be well-versed in visa documentation, application processing, client coordination, and visa procedures across different countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete end-to-end visa application process from initial consultation to visa decision.
- Manage visa applications for multiple countries and visa categories, including tourist, business, student, work, dependent, and other relevant visa types.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate visa category based on their profile.
- Guide clients regarding eligibility, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Verify and prepare all required documents accurately before submission.
- Complete and submit online and offline visa applications as required.
- Coordinate with clients for missing documents, additional information, biometrics, interviews, and other visa formalities.




- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle visa refusals, additional document requests, and other case-related queries.
- Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper records of applications, documents, payments, and case updates.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration and visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures across different countries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities/visa centres whenever required.
- Maintain qualified communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the visa process.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in visa/immigration consultancy.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries.
