We are looking for a German Language Expert for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience in German Voice Processes and Customer Support .

Exp: Fresher

Location: Pune

CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA

Certification: B1 or B2

Job Description:-
- Manage end-to-end German Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
- Provide skilled and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in German.
- Maintain the mandatory B1 or B2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
- Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
