We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Lead - Enterprise Sales to lead our sales strategy, close high-value enterprise accounts, and manage our growing sales team.

As a key leader in our HR Tech SaaS company, you will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles-frequently engaging with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), Chief Legal Officers, and IT/Procurement teams. You will be responsible for articulating our value proposition around HR efficiency, talent management, and critical data compliance/regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Deal Closure Revenue Growth
- Drive full-lifecycle enterprise sales cycles from pipeline generation to closing high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) deals.
- Target and win Fortune 500 / Mid-to-Large Enterprise clients within target industries.
- Map complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers, champions, and economic buyers.

2. Compliance Technical Authority
- Confidently discuss and address enterprise-grade HR compliance, data privacy, and security standards (e.g., SOC 2,



GDPR, EEOC).
- Partner with internal legal, security, and product teams to navigate procurement, legal reviews, and Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs).

3. Sales Leadership Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
- Establish explicit KPIs, sales quotas, and performance metrics to ensure team-wide revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and consultative selling.

4. Strategy Forecasting
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting using [Salesforce/HubSpot/CRM].
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine our GTM strategy, product-market fit, and customer retention workflows.
