Enigma Design is looking for a agile and results-driven *Business Development Executive* to expand our global client base for Architecture, Interior Design, BIM, and LiDAR Scanning services.

*Work Mode:* Remote / Hybrid (Mumbai, India) *Job Type:* Full Time (Contract) *Contract Duration:* Minimum 1 Year (Extendable) *Open Positions:* 2 *Experience Required:* Minimum 3+ Years *Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives*

*Required Skills:*
- Proven experience in *Business Development, Lead Generation,* and *Account Management*
- Strong knowledge of *LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Zoho CRM,* and other CRM tools
- Experience with *Cold Email Campaigns, Cold Calling,* and *Marketing Automation*
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales and productivity tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Must have own laptop/computer with reliable internet connection

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate qualified leads and build relationships with prospective clients across *India, UAE, USA,



UK,* and *Europe*
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying upselling opportunities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to drive business growth and meet sales objectives

*Preferred Candidates:*
- Experience selling *Architecture, Interior Design, BIM,* or *LiDAR Scanning* services will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented professionals capable of working independently
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred
