US HEALTHCARE RCM EXPERIENCE – MANDATORY

Candidates
must have hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM
, particularly in:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Collections

Denial Management

Hospital & Physician Billing

US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

Claims Follow-up & Resolution

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a large team of
US Healthcare RCM / AR Specialists
.
- Drive daily productivity, quality and collection targets.
- Manage
Accounts Receivable follow-ups, complex claims analysis and Denial Management
.
- Handle
Hospital & Physician Billing
processes.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct 1-on-1s and drive performance improvement.




- Resolve escalated collection and claims-related issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement strategies to reduce denial rates.
- Ensure compliance with
SLA and HIPAA requirements
.
- Work closely with
US-based clients and internal leadership
.
- Drive continuous improvement across the
US Healthcare RCM process
.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline –
Mandatory
- 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / BPO
- Minimum
6 months–1 year of on-paper Team Leader experience
, preferably managing large teams.
- Hands-on US Healthcare RCM experience – MANDATORY
- AR & Denial Management experience – MANDATORY
- Experience in
Hospital / Physician Billing – MANDATORY
