Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with strong relationship management and business development experience to drive channel sales for premium residential projects in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of driving sales through partner networks, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Professionals from leading real estate developers are preferred. Candidates from premium luxury brands with solid consultative sales and relationship management experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to drive residential sales.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.




- Generate sales through channel partners and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, project presentations, and engagement activities with channel partners.
- Provide partners with product updates, pricing, inventory availability, and promotional information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking, documentation, and customer experience.
- Track channel partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Maintain strong market intelligence on customer preferences, competition, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 to 12 years of experience in relationship-driven sales, channel sales, or business development.
- Strong experience in managing partner networks, key accounts, or dealer/channel relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
