Role & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing executives, ensuring clear role assignments and performance tracking.
- Assign and monitor client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Actively identify, approach, and onboard recent B2B clients to expand the companys reach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
- Oversee branding, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on marketing performance and client engagement.

Preferred candidate profile:
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and retention.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and sales strategies.
