Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium hair services including advanced cuts, styling, colouring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and transformations.
- Conduct detailed client consultations and recommend suitable styles, colours, and treatments.
- Maintain the highest standards of technical quality, creativity, hygiene, and service excellence.
- Train, coach, and mentor Senior Stylists, Stylists, and Hair Professionals.
- Conduct skill assessments and identify training and development needs within the team.
- Stay updated with international hair trends, techniques, products, and industry developments.
- Support the salon in achieving revenue, productivity, retail, and service targets.
- Handle VIP/high-value clients and complex technical services.
- Participate in photoshoots, campaigns, demonstrations, masterclasses,



and brand events when required.
- Ensure proper usage and knowledge of professional hair products and equipment.
- Support the Salon Business Manager in improving team performance and client retention.
- Resolve technical/client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the salon’s premium service standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
