Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Integration Developer with robust expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, API Integrations, and Spoke Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integrations and automation solutions across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

IntegrationHub & Flow Designer
- Design, develop, and maintain Flows, Subflows, and Custom Actions using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Build and support IntegrationHub integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and workflow solutions.
- Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot flow execution and performance issues.

Spoke Development
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow Spokes for reusable integrations.
- Create and maintain custom Actions, Triggers, and Connection & Credential configurations.
- Manage spoke versioning, publishing,



and lifecycle following ServiceNow best practices.

API & Integration Development
- Develop and support integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms including:
- OAuth 2.0
- Basic Authentication
- API Keys
- Handle data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling.
- Configure and leverage MID Servers for enterprise integrations where required.

Automation & Orchestration
- Design end-to-end automation solutions across ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- HRSD
- CSM
- Utilize IntegrationHub ETL, Data Streams, and Transform Logic.
- Develop scalable orchestration workflows and integration frameworks.

Enterprise Integrations
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms including:
- MuleSoft
- Kafka
- Cloud and On-Premise Applications
- Support event-driven and API-led integration architectures.
