Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or in-person visits for ABB robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing installations, including programming, hardware faults, and software malfunctions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for future reference.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial automation or related field (ABB preferred).
- Solid understanding of Autocad software for designing control panels and schematics.
- Experience working with PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic or Function Block Diagrams.
- Familiarity with robotics concepts, including servo motors, drives, grippers, etc.
