Job Responsibilities

Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Loan Against Property)

Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.

Skills:

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Experiencen in sales (preferably in financial products, real estate, or banking).

Understanding of home loan products and processes.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Self-motivated and proactive.
