Ø Lead and manage construction projects from planning through successful completion and handover.

Ø Develop, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.

Ø Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Ø Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Ø Manage and optimize project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Ø Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Ø Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies across all project sites.

Ø Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with project specifications.

Ø Review and approve work plans, material requirements, method statements, and technical submissions.





Ø Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring timely closure of NCRs and implementation of corrective actions.

Ø Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and support effective budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

Ø Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide accurate progress reports to senior management.

Ø Coordinate procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.

Ø Ensure proper project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, progress reports, and handover records.

Ø Lead the project close-out process, including snag rectification, final inspections, client handover, and project documentation.

Ø Mentor and supervise site engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ø Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
