As part of its growth plans, the company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the logistics industry who can actively acquire new customers, expand existing accounts and

contribute directly to revenue growth.

Role Purpose

The Manager Sales will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships across transportation and logistics services. This is a hands-on business development and sales role requiring strong market exposure, customer relationships and demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into

revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
- Generate new transportation and logistics opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams and logistics heads.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand logistics requirements.




- Develop proposals and follow opportunities through to closure.
- Build a healthy and continuously growing sales pipeline.

2. Revenue Generation
- Take accountability for assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Convert qualified opportunities into revenue-generating customers.
- Develop current accounts within assigned sectors, commodities or geographies.
- Identify opportunities for recurring and long-term transportation contracts.

3. Existing Customer Growth
- Maintain relationships with assigned customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts.
- Support cross-selling of Bajaj Parivahan's transportation and logistics capabilities.
- Work closely with customers to understand changing requirements and future opportunities.

4. Market Development
- Identify potential industries, commodities and customer segments for expansion.
- Track competitor activity and mar
