About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, performance-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist with prior experience in the Medical Tourism and Healthcare industry will be given preference. In this role, you will lead our visual branding and digital campaign execution to attract, engage, and convert international patients seeking high-quality, affordable healthcare.

You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and patient lead generation—building high-trust brand assets while running targeted acquisition campaigns across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Identity & Healthcare Design
- Design high-trust marketing collateral, including international patient brochures, treatment guides, cost-comparison decks, and doctor/hospital profiles.
- Create eye-catching social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook ads) tailored to international patient audiences (e.g., CIS,



Middle East, Africa, Western nations).
- Edit basic videos and reels, such as patient testimonials, facility walk-throughs, and doctor insights.
- Maintain strict visual consistency across all brand assets and hospital/clinic partnerships.

2. Performance Marketing & Patient Acquisition
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads targeting high-intent international search queries and demographics.
- Drive qualified international patient leads for key specialties (e.g., Orthopedics, Cardiology, Oncology, IVF, Cosmetic Surgery).

3. Content, Social Media & SEO
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including posting, writing empathetic and qualified captions, and community engagement.
- Perform basic on-page SEO and optimize blog content around high-intent medical travel queries (e.g., *"Cost of joint replacement in India"*).
