About the Role

We are looking for a confident, warm and result-oriented Telecaller
to support admissions across the
Amity Group of Schools
. The role will involve interacting with prospective parents, understanding their requirements and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and admission enquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, website enquiries and other sources.
- Provide accurate information about Amity schools, programmes, curriculum and admission procedures.
- Understand parents’ requirements and recommend the relevant school/programme.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the admissions and school teams for timely follow-up.




- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Ensure every parent interaction is
professional, courteous and informative
.

Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Positive listening and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle parent queries patiently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Prior experience in
school admissions, education, telecalling or counselling
will be preferred.
- Fluency in
English and Hindi
is essential.

Experience:
1–3 years preferred

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
