About the Role

We are looking for a
Technical Sales Specialist
who can combine
technical understanding with strong customer-facing and business development skills
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, understanding customer applications, proposing suitable automation/electrical solutions and converting opportunities into business.





Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through customer visits, calls, references and market development

• Develop and maintain relationships with
OEMs, manufacturers, EPCs, system integrators and industrial customers

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, control panel and electrical solutions

• Prepare and coordinate RFQs, BOQs, techno-commercial quotations and proposals

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions

• Identify upcoming projects and develop new accounts

• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders

• Coordinate with engineering, purchase, production and service teams for smooth project execution

• Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and regular sales reports

• Track competitor activities, market opportunities and customer requirements

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
