Role Description

The Human Resources Recruiter Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainee will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, posting and updating job listings, communicating with applicants, and supporting HR documentation related to hiring.



The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, participating in onboarding processes, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This position offers guided training, mentorship, and exposure to core HR practices in a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and candidate records.
- Comfort with using computers and common office tools; familiarity with HR or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
