Vacancy - {Australian Lead Generation Process}

Job role - Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers and ask whether they have been involved in any accident within the last two years, and if so, whether they have already filed and received an insurance claim for it. If the customer confirms that they have not yet claimed it, then you will be required to record and pass on their details to your supervisor, who will take the matter forward.

Your role is limited to gathering this specific information from the customer here basically a script will be provided to guide the conversation, which you will simply need to read out during each call. As this is an international process,



solid command over spoken English with a good accent is essential for this role.
- Female candidates required
- 7AM-4PM shift
- 5.5 days working, either cab or travel allowance
- Salary - 20k-32k in hand depending on your interview performance
- Location- Gurgaon
- Only 1 virtual round of interview will be conducted for selection
