About the Opportunity
A quick-scaling digital transformation consultancy serving global manufacturing and industrial clients, we specialize in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) modernization, digital thread enablement, and engineering data harmonization. We deploy Windchill as the backbone of enterprise-wide engineering collaboration, compliance, and change management - helping Fortune 500 manufacturers and mid-market innovators accelerate time-to-market while ensuring regulatory and operational integrity. Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Windchill implementation, customization, and integration projects - from requirements gathering to production rollout.
- Configure Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Configuration Management, and Supplier Collaboration.
- Design and develop workflows, user roles, access controls, and metadata schemas aligned with client engineering processes.
- Integrate Windchill with CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and MES platforms via REST/SOAP APIs or Windchill Integration Framework.
- Deliver user training,



documentation, and post-go-live support; troubleshoot performance, data integrity, or configuration issues.
- Collaborate with global client teams to translate business needs into scalable, compliant PLM architectures.
