Santrionn is building an AI-powered student-first healthcare platform. We're preparing for our first launch and are hiring one of our earliest core team members. You'll work directly with the CEO, COO and CMO to build the operational foundation of the company. This is not a traditional operations role—it is a founding prospect to help build systems, partnerships and scale from day one.

About the Role

You will own end-to-end organic marketing from content creation to community engagement to growth analytics. The role spans social media strategy, content production, copywriting, partner coordination, and performance tracking.

*Note: This role is fully remote. Occasional travel to Jalandhar may be required for launch events or critical ground activations.*

Ownership AreasContent Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute organic content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Script, shoot,



and edit short-form video content with founders and partners.
- Design static posts and carousels using editing tools and AI; write relatable, audience-first copy.
- Repurpose long-form content into snackable clips for multiple platforms.

Community & Partner Engagement
- Manage comments, DMs, and story interactions to build trust and momentum.
- Coordinate and collaborate partners and ambassadors for co-created content and local credibility.

Growth Analytics & Optimization
- Track core KPIs: engagement, saves, shares, waitlist signups, and referral conversions.
- A/B test hooks, formats, and CTAs to improve organic reach.
- Report weekly insights to founders: what's working, what's not, what to scale.

Founder Office & Strategic Support
- Support the CMO on viral angle research, trend-jacking, and opportunistic content.
- Help craft launch-day messaging across all platforms simultaneously.
