What Youll Do

From your first week,



youll become an active member of the Talent Acquisition team rather than simply observing from the sidelines. Youll work with the recruiter(s) to support our hiring efforts across Bangalore and Delhi; through this, you will learn how hiring decisions influence the growth of a global SaaS company.

Youll review inbound applications to understand what separates valuable candidates from truly exceptional ones, developing your ability to assess capability, potential and alignment to Sitetrackers Performance Based Hiring methodology.

Youll support the coordination and scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring candidates and interviewers have a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
