About the Role

Dream Design Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will be responsible for managing client communication, understanding project requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from initial discussion to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
- Understand client requirements, project briefs, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, Site, and Project Execution teams.
- Share project updates, designs, quotations, proposals, and other required documents with clients.
- Follow up with clients for design approvals, material selections, quotations, payments, and other project requirements.
- Coordinate design changes and revisions based on client feedback.




- Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to the concerned internal teams.
- Regularly follow up on project progress and keep clients updated.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of client requirements, approvals, discussions, and project updates.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and project-related discussions.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional requirements from existing clients.
- Support the Business Development team in handling enquiries and converting potential clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination from client brief → design → quotation → approval → execution → final handover.
- Prepare regular client/project status updates for management.
