About the Role

BestInCity is looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director who can lead our creative vision across social media, campaigns, branding, video content, and digital marketing.

We need someone who can think like a creative strategist and execute like a creative leader — someone who understands what makes content attention-grabbing, relevant, and shareable.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative direction and visual identity of BestInCiti.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, videos, campaigns, static creatives and digital advertisements.
- Lead and mentor designers, video editors, content creators and other creative team members.
- Create creative concepts and campaign ideas based on brand objectives.
- Develop content themes, campaign concepts, storytelling formats and visual styles.
- Ensure consistency in BestInCiti's branding across all platforms.
- Review and approve creative work before publishing.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop high-performing content.
- Stay updated with social media trends,



viral formats, AI tools and emerging creative trends.
- Convert business requirements into strong creative concepts and execution plans.
- Build creative strategies for local businesses, influencers, brands and BestInCiti campaigns.
- Push the team to experiment with new formats, ideas and storytelling techniques.
- What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, social media and digital content.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and digital advertising creatives.
- Experience working with designers, video editors, photographers and content creators.
- Ability to create concepts that are both creative and commercially effective.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, colour and branding.
- Good knowledge of current AI creative and content-generation tools is a plus.
