We are hiring an experienced, seasoned Store Manager for multiple established food retail businesses in Delhi NCR.

This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to a seasoned retail professional who has run outlets, managed teams, and handled day-to-day operations over a long career. The business values steady, experienced hands over aggressive growth targets someone who can bring order, discipline, and customer-first standards to the floor.

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day store operations
- Supervising, training, and mentoring floor and counter staff
- Inventory control, stock rotation, and wastage management
- Vendor coordination and supply follow-up
- Daily sales reporting, billing oversight, and cash reconciliation
- Maintaining hygiene, display,



and service standards
- Handling customer queries and resolving escalations

What we're looking for
- 30+ years of experience in operations or store management, or outlet supervision
- Background in food retail, FMCG, sweets/namkeen, QSR, or multi-outlet retail preferred
- Proven ability to manage a team and run an outlet independently
- Working knowledge of billing systems and basic inventory software
- Based in Delhi NCR, comfortable with an in office role
- Calm, steady approach to customer handling and staff management
