- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities as per production and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure proper packing of products using the correct materials, methods, and specifications.
- Inspect packed products for quality, damage, cleanliness, finishing, and correct quantity.
- Verify product identification, labels, packing lists, and dispatch details before packing completion.
- Ensure proper protection of products to prevent scratches, dents, moisture, or other damage during handling and transportation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth packing operations.
- Maintain packing records, material consumption, rejection/rework details, and daily reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, protected handling of materials, and compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
