- This position is part of the India HR {People & culture (P&C;)} team responsible for supporting Total Rewards and Benefits activities in India.
- The role is to provide support for design, manage, revise and delivery for all employee benefits and wellness/ wellbeing initiatives & Policies for all India across multiple benefits & Policies types through interacting with various internal stakeholders and leaderships and external vendors and third party partner for all employees in India.
- This position is also responsible for providing ongoing Benefits & Policies education to the People & culture (P&C;) and business to ensure understanding of Benefits & policies processes and governance requirement and bringing new, innovative and prevalent industry standard best practices perks and policies.
