ROLE SUMMARY:

We are expanding our AI team and seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to support and accelerate AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks used in diagnostics, healthcare, or similar data-intensive domains to build scalable, impactful AI solutions.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI models for text generation, summarization, clinical documentation automation, and knowledge extraction.
- Build machine-learning and predictive models to support broader AI initiatives.
- Analyze clinical, diagnostic, healthcare, or similar datasets to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Identify and contribute to high-value GenAI and ML use cases across business and clinical functions.
- Build LLM-based pipelines for diagnostic reporting, medical document processing, anomaly detection, and risk stratification.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, IT, and Business teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, safety, compliance,



and performance of AI models handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Present insights and model outputs effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience working in diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, labs, or similar regulated industries.
- Robust proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Experience working with clinical or diagnostic datasets (LIS/HIS/RIS data, patient records, imaging metadata, lab test results).
- Experience with GenAI tools used in diagnostics, such as: Azure OpenAI / OpenAI (GPT models) for healthcare text processing & summarization, Google MedLM / Med-PaLM for clinical reasoning, AWS Hea
