Role & responsibilities
- Handle and convert sales leads primarily through WhatsApp and calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Regularly follow up with leads and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and provide prompt service.
Preferred candidate profile
**MUST KNOW ENGLISH**
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, WhatsApp sales or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-driven and highly motivated by incentives.
- Persistent with follow-ups and focused on closing sales.
- Jewellery or high-value product sales experience is an advantage.
