Experience: 12 to 15 years

Location: Puducherry (Thirubhuvanai)

Responsibilities:

Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets as per production requirements

Effectively manage manpower, shifts, machines, tools, and production resources, including shop-floor management

Monitor OEE, productivity, cycle time, rejection, rework, and scrap

Ensure smooth CNC/VMC machining operations and assembly line activities

Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and Engineering teams

Drive Kaizen, QCC, 5S, TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and cost reduction activities

Monitor Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity (SQCDP) KPIs

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements

Desired Profile:

Positive experience in CNC/VMC machining and assembly operations

Experience in production planning, manpower handling, shop-floor management, and team handling

Experience in handling OEE, productivity, rejection control, and cost reduction
