Industree Foundation is looking for an experienced
Merchandiser
to join our team in
Bangalore
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the merchandising function across multiple units and locations

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

• Coordinate the marketing and selling cycle

• Identify new customers and business opportunities

• Handle new product development, costing and pricing

• Manage customer communication, order follow-ups and timelines

• Ensure costing accuracy, profitability and timely delivery

• Support sales planning, forecasting and merchandising targets

• Develop and maintain merchandising processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

•
5–7 years of experience
in merchandising

• Experience in
hardgoods merchandising and export management

• Experience working with
international/global buyers

• Background in




artisanal products and natural-fiber products

• Robust knowledge of
product development, costing, and pricing

• Good understanding of global retail standards and buyer expectations

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• Ability to work with tight timelines and manage multiple priorities
