About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to support our day-to-day marketing activities.
This is an execution-focused role involving social media management, email communication, blog publishing, lead handling, and coordination of basic digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple tasks, following up consistently, and ensuring that marketing activities are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule regular posts across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for social media creatives and marketing content.
- Publish blogs and website content using the company's CMS.
- Manage incoming marketing emails and respond or route them to the relevant team.
- Send email follow-ups to prospects and existing leads.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding current and existing leads.
- Maintain basic records of email campaigns, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Research prospects, companies, and potential business opportunities.
- Support basic SEO activities such as blog publishing, keyword placement, and content updates.
- Monitor social media engagement and maintain a regular posting schedule.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and lead status.
- Assist the marketing team with other day-to-day digital marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media
