Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize manufacturing routings, process flows, and work center data in the ERP/MRP system to ensure accurate production planning and execution.
- Conduct time studies, method studies, and process analysis to establish standard cycle times and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Drive cycle time reduction initiatives by eliminating bottlenecks, reducing non-value-added activities, and improving process efficiency.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and waste elimination to enhance operational performance.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify process improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvements, line balancing, and layout optimization projects to improve throughput and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve process issues and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.




- Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.
2. Experience in ERP/MRP routing creation and maintenance.
3. Proficiency in Time Study, Method Study, Work Measurement, and Line Balancing.
4. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
5. Understanding of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
6. Knowledge of production planning and capacity analysis.
7. Familiarity with process improvement and cost reduction methodologies.
8. Valuable analytical and data interpretation skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Excel and manufacturing reporting tools.
10. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process analysis.
11. Experience with AutoCAD or process layout software.
