Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Solution Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities in the lab informatics domain, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and map them to Agaram’s software solutions.




- Configure product demos and proof-of-concepts based on client needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to develop customized proposals and solution documents.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with functional and technical inputs.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, presentations, and pre-sales collateral.
- Conduct product training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and customers.
- Act as a bridge between customers and implementation teams to ensure smooth solution alignment.

Experience Required
- 3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Robust presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution mapping, and proposal preparation.
