Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes aligned with business requirements.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing and workforce requirements.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and other HR metrics.
- Support organizational development,



culture-building, and change-management initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, recruitment agencies, and statutory authorities where required.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Good understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS
