We are looking for a target-oriented Academic Counselor to handle incoming student leads, understand their career goals, guide them toward the right program, ensure demo attendance, and convert interested students into paid enrollments.
The candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling
- Contact newly received student leads through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand the student's education, career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Build a solid connection with students.
- Explain Aspire Next programs and their benefits clearly.
2. Demo Conversion
- Convince interested students to register for the demo/masterclass.
- Share demo links and necessary information.
- Follow up before the session to ensure students attend.
- Maintain accurate lead and demo status in the CRM.
3. Post-Demo Follow-Up
- Contact students who attended the demo.
- Understand their feedback and interest level.
- Answer basic queries and handle objections.
- Follow up consistently with interested students.

Enrollment Conversion
- Convert interested demo attendees into paid enrollments.
- Explain the 1,999 enrollment/payment process clearly.
- Follow up with students until payment is completed.
- Coordinate with the team for successful enrollment and onboarding.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Update every lead's status in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of:
- New Leads
- Contacted
- Demo Booked
- Demo Attended
- Follow-Up
- Interested
- Payment Pending
- Converted
- Submit daily performance reports.

Performance will be measured based on:
- Leads contacted
- Students qualified
- Demo bookings

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sale
