About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and work across our Real Estate and Channel Partner verticals.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual communication for residential and commercial projects, plotted developments, villas, land parcels, builder projects and channel partner campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of real estate marketing, social media creatives, Meta advertising and digital-first design, with the ability to convert property information into visually compelling marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities. Real Estate & Project Creatives
- Design creatives for residential, commercial, villa, plot and land projects.
- Create project launch, pre-launch,



under-construction and ready-to-move creatives.
- Develop property brochures, flyers, presentations, standees and marketing collaterals.
- Design project-specific creatives highlighting location, pricing, configurations, amenities, specifications and USPs.
- Create premium visual concepts suitable for luxury and high-end real estate projects.
- Adapt creatives according to different project brands and developer guidelines.

Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create static posts, carousels, infographics, stories and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and monthly content calendars.
- Design festival, occasion, awareness and brand communication creatives.
- Resize and adapt creatives across multiple digital formats while maintaining visual consistency.
