Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Oversee plant HR operations including manpower planning, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and contract labor management.
- Identify areas for improvement in factory HR processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring cleanliness of the plant and organize activities to support it.
- Tracking overtime and attendance of the employees
