- Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Team management experience of at least 5 members.
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct Accounting Software (Mandatory).
- Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Billing, and Month-End Close.
- Experience working with multiple entities/business units is preferred.
- Healthcare or Home Care accounting experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
