Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to drive the conversion of qualified leads into successful bookings and maximize sales closures for premium residential real estate projects. The role will involve managing customers through the final stages of the sales journey, handling negotiations, resolving objections, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end closing process, from qualified lead handover to booking and agreement initiation.
- Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and effectively present project offerings, configurations, pricing, payment plans, and value propositions.
- Drive site-visit-to-booking conversions through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Handle customer objections related to pricing, inventory, payment terms, location, competition,



and project specifications.
- Negotiate with customers within approved commercial guidelines to maximize closures and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI customers, investors, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Pre-Sales, CRM, Channel Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth closure and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, documentation, agreements, and other closure-related formalities.
- Track sales funnel, ageing, conversion ratios, pending closures, and revenue pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular MIS/reporting to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling across available inventory and project offerings.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the closing journey.
