Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain COBOL applications supporting business functions.
- Design, code, test, and implement application enhancements.
- Perform technical analysis and design for recent requirements.
- Develop applications that interact with multiple interface systems.
- Analyze business and functional requirements.
- Participate in testing activities, including test planning, test data, and test scripts.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.
- Provide timely support for break-fix/production issues.
- Support Change Control and production deployments.
- Follow coding standards, technical specifications, and project guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Work closely with application teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze business problems and ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Support weekend/on-call activities when required.




- Help improve application stability and resolve recurring issues.

Must-Have Skills

COBOL Mandatory

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Micro Focus COBOL
- Enterprise COBOL / COBOL400
- COBOL application development and maintenance
- COBOL debugging and troubleshooting
- Coding, testing, and technical analysis
- Production/application support
- Windows scripting / BAT files
- MS SQL Server
- Working with multiple interfaces
