Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understand business objectives, and provide strategic inputs on their Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy.
2. Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs and translate them into clear requirements, including RFI, RFP and BRD documentation.
3. Solutioning & Pitching: Develop customized pitch decks and solution proposals aligned with client requirements.
4. Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored product presentations and demos, highlighting relevant features and business value.
5. Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective execution.
6. Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to share client feedback, enhancement requests, and feature requirements.
7. Client Insights: Capture customer needs, market trends, and feedback to strengthen solutions and improve client experience.
